Create A Video To Share On Social Media Tutorial

I don't know if it's just me or what but it seems like whoever wrote the step-by-step process of this tutorial missed a few steps when they were writing this "Create a video to share on social media" tutorial on the fifth chapter "Include captions to improve engagement". As I'm trying to follow this tutorial I am having difficulty right after completing the 1st step "Window > Text and Window > Essential Graphics".  The very next lesson, "Transcribe Your Sequence", says In the Text panel, click on "Transcribe Sequence", but there is no "Transcribe Sequence" button, but there IS a "Transcribe" button that says "9 source clips have not been transcribed. I have tried clicking on everything in the Text panel to try to find the Transcribe Sequence button, to no avail, which led me to believe that it was just a typo.  So I pressed the "Transcribe" button but found that this option was NOT correct because I was unable to continue with the next line that followed which said, "In the Transcription settings of the Create transcript window, choose VO from the Audio on track dropdown menu".  It does not explain where the VO dropdown box is even located in the tutorial, I had to find it myself in the "Captions" Tab in the Text panel and if you press the Transcribe button first, it makes the dropdown box where the VO option is located disappear, so I can't select that option to continue the tutorial.  Now if I skip the 1st step of the tutorial and go to the Captions tab first, choose the VO option, then go back and press the transcribe button afterward, I am still unable to follow the tutorial properly since the tutorial lets you know when you're following it properly by congratulating you.  The last step tells you to press the "Transcribe" button to start the transcription process which I find to be impossible since it already said to do so in the first step.  This tutorial, in MY opinion, is missing a few steps which is making it hard to follow it properly.  I don't know where to begin and what buttons to push and the small examples screen doesn't help either because it does not show what should be pressed clearly enough for me to follow the tutorial.  I really need help with this.  I don't know what I'm doing wrong here!

Hi there. The tutorial may be out of date, as they've made some changes to the Text panel. Can you post a link directly to the tutorial you're following?
