Create audio Coming from both speakers

Hey

So at the moment i have a sound effect that im using in premire but when i double click it i see it only has audio playing from the left speaker which makes it sound like its coming from the left when i need it to be coming from the right middle. How would i make it so the same audio comes from both the left and right spekaers so i can then change how loud each speaker plays it.

Add the fill right with left effect and then use the panpot on the clip or track mixer.
