Can we make a sequence settings preset?

While editing. Not on export only.

Yes.

File/New/Sequence.

Select a sequence that is of the desired frame size & rate, then go to the Settings tab.

Modify to your heart's desire, then in the bottom type a Sequene Name, and tap the "Save Preset" box.

It will now appear in the Custom group typically at the top of the New Sequence list.
