Creating a tennis scoreboard

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a tennis scoreboard to edit some tennis matches videos for Youtube. I use Premiere Pro to edit, and I can't find on internet a tennis scoreboard template. I would like to be able to customize the scoreboard directly on premiere pro. So the file could be in MOGRT format. I need to be able to customize the player names, the scores... Someone to help me ? I send you here some examples of the type of scoreboards I'm expecting

You can make these yourself in this in Premiere but will be cumbersome.

After Effect is the way to go.
