Creating Captions Don't Work

I been trying to use the new feature of Premier Pro 15.4.1 " Transcribe sequence" and it works as described BUT when I try to create a caption from the Transcribe sequences but  it gets stock, Adobe Tech support could not figure out at all they make me re-install Premier and no help.
