Creating Transcripts and Captions for a newly added audio track?

Big track. Made transcript and captions last week.

New week, new footage added to big track.

Transcript and captions not updating.

Option to "renew transcriptions" not recommended since I had to fix all of the captions from the original failed transcription attempt. I do not want to repeat the last hour proofreading captions for errors.

What do?

I figured it out. I was too hesitant to click "re-transcribe sequence" because I am exhausted with this software and it's continued miscommunications and lack of explaining what consequence occurs due to an action.

But clicking that will transcribe all of the audio and not create new captions, so that is good. I can't delete this forum post but let it remain a mark of my disheartened ignorance.
