Creative Cloud Sync

In my adobe cloud the only thing that saves is illustrator. I can't seem to get my premier pro files saved in the cloud. When I go to the edit window and click preferences which leads you to auto-save, I don't have the option to toggle on the button to save back-up files to the creative cloud, does anyone have any knowledge of how to fix my issue?

They no longer allow that. For near a year now.
