I am on a 2019 iMac running Ventura 13.5 and using PPRO 24.0.3 (Build 2). I recently upgraded (10 days ago). And then all the Crumple Pop plug-ins stopped working. I contacted BorisFX but they have no solution nor a fix. They said their plug-ins should still work and it must be Adobe's bug. I checked in my Adobe 2023 PPRO, and the plug-ins are still working.
Hi Mike! Sorry you are having issues. Did you get this resolved? Do you have a ticket number? Are the plugins up to date using the Boris FX Hub application/license manager?
Hello Harry! I did not get this resolved through either Boris or through Adobe. The work-a-round from Boris was to use the older version of PPRO. WHich I have been doing in the meantime.
All my CrumplePop plug-ins were previously purchased and downloaded when CP was part of FXfactory. I have not subscribed to new the Boris CrumplePop. Are the old downloads and purchases no longer valid in new PPRO unless I subscribe?
Or is there indeed an issue coming from Adobe's side?
