CS6: Can i change the basic settings somehow?

For some reason this was setted to 720 x 575

Can I change it back, I spent a lot of time on the video and I don't wanna make it again.

If you are editing old DV footage you cannot set it to 575.

Standard is 720x576.

You seem to have a HD sequence of 1920x1080 25i square pixels and an export of SD PAL, what are you trying to achieve?

If you cannot change from avi to mp4 you are missing codecs.

Deactivate and reactivate or

Reinstall the program and use cleaner tool.

The only thing changed to the title of this post is that I added CS6. That is all.

I suggest you reinstall your software from disk or EDL from your account.

Post a screenshot of your full Export Settings dialogue like this. Be sure to expand the sections marked with red arrows.

Yes, you should be able to select H.264 (mp4) from the drop down for format.
