CTI doesn't draw during playback if you have a large audio track mixer open.
Steps.
Dual monitor
Timeline on primary monitor with source and program screen.
Audio Track mixer on second monitor taking up most of the screen. ~20 audio tracks
CTI on timeline either takes 3-5 seconds to update or never updates even though video is playing back.
Expected: CTI should always move and update during playback.
Its almost like drawing the audio mixer steals all the interface juice from the main screen.
