`Ctrl+K - Add Edit` actual option in GUI or via jsx API ?

Couldn't find an `Add-Edit` option in the `GUI` or `API` to automate by scripting

Currently able to execute this function only with `Ctrl+K` shortcut key

There is no concept of a 'cut' in the PPro ExtendScript API.
