Current time Indicator isn't moving when Audio Track Mixer in open

Explorer ,
Aug 14, 2023 Aug 14, 2023

In Adobe Premiere after version 23.4 (23.5 and 23.6) the timeline Current Time Indicator (blue needle) does not move, or moves with a delay when the Audio Track Mixer panel is open.

EVEN THERE IS NO AUDIO IN TIMELINE.

I had already considered hardware and drivers, but returning to version 23.4, everything works perfectly, even with multiple tracks and effects.

I've already done a clean install of the new versions, put the videos on the high speed M2, used videos with low resolution, changed the video driver, disabled H264 encoding by the video card. Nothing had any influence.

It's just not possible to edit using the Audio Track Mixer.

Even in version 24.2 the problem remains.
I can't work on any version newer than 23.4
