Cursor detecting other key points in the time line is gonne

You have tracks for video and when you are cutting like the second track clip usually premier detects cuts from other tracks so it gets aligned easier. Suddenly it stoped doing that and its really time consuming not to have that automatic detect of otehr cuts in the time line etc. Can you please help me?
