Custom meta to show in headings in premiere pro

I have created a preset in which some metadata is added to videos. When importing the videos into the premier pro workspace, I can see the metadata display columns and can toggle them on and off, just as Basic, Dublin Core, Adobe PDF, Script etc, each of these has categories as I can twirl down and select what to display. But I do not see the custom metadata that I added back into adobe media encoder.
I can pop open the metadata window and it correctly displays the added fields, but not in the column display.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Thank you
