Custom shortcut for clip transforms (position & scale)?

About a year ago some new shortcut options were added and one of them was for clip transforms.

I am now on a new setup and I can't figure out how or what it was...

Basically what the shortcut did is it would let me change position & scale of the clip, much like how you double click on the video in program panel (but without double click obviously).

Does anyone know what it is?

Slightly faster IMO. You are working straight from the timeline, select a clip, hit the shortcut and it enables transforms. And double click then requires 3rd click to actually transform clip.

Might come in handy when want to manipulate a clip/shape or whatever half way down in a stack.
