Hello everyone,
I wanted to save a project, but while I was doing the shortcut CTRL+S, I misclicked on another letter, which had sort of erased the content of my project.
I still saved after this event, but right now, when I open my project, the latter is empty.

Is there a way to recover an older version of my project?

I already tried the auto save, but the project still opens as empty. I already went to the "Adobe Premiere Pro Auto-Save" folder, it required to be opened in a new version of Adobe Premiere, though.
And for the back-up file, I'm trying to figure out where it must be...

I don't even know how to back up. I noticed that panel after noticing the project was likely shadowed, I put at a point I remembered, saved everything and when I opened back Premiere, it was now that I saw the project empty...

Recovery mode only works if you had a crash.
