Hi

In one of our mac machine we are facing an issue of default keyboard shortcuts not working.

Here asome of the things we tried out:

1.We tried uninstalling and reinstalling the premier app, also upgrading from an earlier version to the latest one.

2. We check the permission for the app seem s also its fine

3. We tried to change the keyboard layout in the system prefences of the machine and then restarting the premier app,bu that also doesnot workout

4. we tried to reset premier app prefences to default. but that is also not working

5.We tried to locate the keyboard shortcut preset files in the directory "Applications/Adobe/Adobe Prmeir Pro 2025/Adobe PrimerPro2025/contents/keyboardshortcuts/en". , but tose files also seems fine.

Please suggeest a solution as soon as possible.

Thanks,

Evolphin  Team
