Default Still image Duration not impacting on images

Hi

In Prefences under timeline settings i have set 5 seconds for "Still Image default duration", FPS in sequence setting and for video clip is same as 29.97, whenever i am adding any still image in timeline it is not coming as default 5 seconds duration. it always comes 4.29 seconds. ( See attached snapshots ).

The first frame is zero, not 1, set in/out points around it. And make sure you are not using 'drop-frame' timecode (if a 29.97 timeline)

That is 4 seconds and 29 frames, one frame shy of five minutes for 29.97 FPS.

As MyerPj said, the first frame is "0"
