Deleted sequences

Hy everyebody,

I have a big problem.

When I open Adobe Première Pro, several sequences in a same project have disappeared, I don't know why.

Yesteraday I have worked on the sequences with no problem, and this morning I had to retsart the Macbook Pro M1 whereas I did not turn off the computer;

Have you an idea how I could recover the sequences which have disappeared please? 

It a lot of work lost!

Have you used the search box in the project window to locate the sequences?

Try auto save if not try one of your backup file (which I hope you made!)

Thank for your response.

I have found the right file in the folder "Adobe Première Pro Auto-save, and there is likely all the seqences, I wil chekc up nothing is missing.

In the folder, a former file of the project has taken the place of the right curent one, I don't know how but I remove this former file, the I open the right file with teh right date of creayion.
