Dialogue / Settings box doesn't show up when trying to export AAF

I need to export an AAF for a client, and when I go to export the AAF, it gives me a quick status bar that says "simplifying timeline", which quickly disappears and nothing else happens. 

I'm able to export Media, OMFs, and EDLs no problem.  And when each one is clicked, I'm immediately greeted with a dialogue / settings box for each option.  But when I try to export AAF, nothing happens.  

Any ideas?  I'm using Premiere Version 15.4.1 and am running MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 on a MacBook Pro.
