Does anyone know how I can install Premiere Pro Build V15 or V15.1.4?

Hey, I am trying to make a mogrt backward compatible for someone and their build is Premiere Pro V15/V15.1.4. I tried Adobe CC, and the oldest version I can install is Premiere Pro 2022. I just wonder if I want to install an older version or a specific version is that possible?
