Does it matter if I change the frame rate in my sequence settings??

I have footage that was shot at 60fps in 480x848, I want to change my sequence to 1080x1920 for Instagram reels, but I'm nervous the quality might change. I usually shoot in 30fps 1080x1920 and export in those settings and have no problems. If I keep the frame rate but change the aspect ratio will it change the quality of the export/upload?

Just by changing to 1080x1920 wont affect the quality.

But, if you source footage is 480x848 you must scale it up to fit the frame, if thats the goal, and that will affect the quality, making it to look less sharp than the original. Try it.

If you want to be extra safe, make a copy of the sequence and use the new copy to do the tests on. Then you have the original to fall back to if you do anything wrong.
