Hello, I'm not sure if this has been asked.
Is it possible to have two effects on double-line captions? For example, as the 1st line is being spoken, the color will change to yellow but the 2nd line will stay white.
And if the 2nd line is being spoken, it will become yellow, and the 1st line will become white.
Basically, whenever a line is being spoken, it will turn yellow. It's like karaoke effect but instead of word by word, it's line by line.
What I'm doing about this right now is using the razor tool and editing the appearance but I find it very time-consuming.
I'm unsure if it's possible because I don't see a discussion about it.

Hi -
There is a command now in the Graphics and Titles menu which will let you upgrade any captions you select to graphics. Once you do that, you can add keyframes to the text to control colors. It is still somewhat manual, but it is easier than trying to do this just with timeline edits on the caption track items.
