I have the same drone and seem to have sort of the same problem, but then a very shocky video.

I have a video edit with a mix of drone images and normal images, but the drone images seem to stay shocky.

Even when exporting purely the drone video, it's still shocky (see upload).

Without any understanding of your editing process, it's really hard to make any suggestions at all. How did you make the sequence? What are you exporting as? Did you apply any effects or modify the footage in any way? If so, what did you do? It also helps to post your computer/OS/versions and drivers details in case something odd is there. Overall, seems an odd issue for sure, I've never experienced it so I would imagine just a simple user error hopefully

Thank you for your answer.
The original drone footage is:
3840x2160 - 23.98/s
.MP4 - HEVC 10 bit 4:2:0

I have do color changes, that's it.

The sequence is 1920x1080 - 29.97/s (because of all the other footages in 30 and 60/s

OS: Windows 10
Hardware:

i7 8700K
64Go RAM
GTX1080 - 8Go

Your video card is not up to the action I think. As suggested below, try switching to Mercury Engine Software Encoding. It'll be slower (maybe), but at least it might work.

Update your videodriver: this card should be able to work properly.

I have a lesser card with no issues.

It was the other guy that had shared his video card.

I expected mine to be good enough too, but seemingly it's not.

I had my videodrivers updated, but they seemed to be in Game Driver stance.

I changed that to Studio Driver stance and it worked way better.

Sadly still have to use Encoder to export not-shocky, but can at least edit with more fps.

Thank you.
