Hey everybody.
Just encountered a problem. When I start playing a sequence, there are some frames drop in the beginning of playback.
I tried putting several files in a sequence, r3d 5k, braw 4k, h264 4k and fullhd, all of them start with chopping playback and smth like 1-3 seconds after everything plays smooth. In the end I made a sequence with only audio file, and there I had the same result - 7-15 frames dropped, started with chopping and after that played good.
Tried to play the same files in DaVinci -- everything is perfect.
I tried to reset the Premiere settings, reinstalled the program, set power management mode to Best performance - nothing helped.
My laptop: core i5-13500H 2,6Ghz, 24GB RAM, RTX 4050 Laptop, but I'm sure it's not because of it. My desktop PC is a way worse, but I don't have such problem there.
Thanks in advance for every reply!

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.
If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).
If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Setting Audio Input to 'None' helped! Thank you sooo much! Really appreciated. No need to suffer switching to DaVinci 😄
