Delivering a 3 part documentary to FOX / BINGE.
Just upgraded to the latest version of premier.
All my redcine are blacked out on the new update and causing massive render issues. Don't have time to drop those shots in again. I had some faith in the upgrade but had to revert back to last 24.0 build. 99% knew I would have to.
Duplicate markers showing on clips that aren't duplicates and not working on the ones that are. On going issue since early 24.0 build.
Seems like a lot of upgrades are made for youtubers...I guess they are the future...A.I features are cool....just need the standard features of premier to function properly. Any help would be a great 🙂
Hi @BUDAH.
Sorry you've been experiencing issues. We need a few more details to help with the issue, like hardware information. Please see How to Report a Problem. Was this project updated from 24.x straight to 25.3 or was it worked on before in a previous version of 25.x?
When you say all your files are blacked out, is this constant and on both the Program and Source monitors? Or were you able to to view your clips at first and then they eventually went black? Could you provide any more file spe

When you say all your files are blacked out, is this constant and on both the Program and Source monitors? Or were you able to to view your clips at first and then they eventually went black? Could you provide any more file specs for the RED media (fps, resolution, etc) and are any proxies or effects in use? Did you try clearing your cache and updating or rolling back your drivers?
Regarding the duplicate marker issues, are these with the same files that are blacked out, or is it across the entire project/media?
Really sorry for the frustration,
Dani
