When previewing an edit in Premiere Pro latest edition but has been ongoing issue for awhile. With no scroll when preview is playing using the mouse wheel to follow along will deactivate the mouse. Not sure exactly what it does but mouse cursor will stop working in both the timeline and playback windows. With the only way of being able to reactivate it being by moving cursor to the top of timeline window until it changes shape into a black arrow and white square. This will reactivate the mouse cursor in timeline window and playback windows. At least until you use scroll wheel again.
Using the bar on the bottom to scroll along with playback works and does not deactivate mouse. Only the mouse wheel for some reason.
