Dynamic Link broken "The project could not be opened"

Premiere Pro v15.0 has problems with dynamic links. I have tried several ways to import an After Effects Project. But it keeps on not working in some cases it says: "The project could not be opened". I have tried Pr v14.9 and than it works again. The only problem is, it seem that projects from the Pr v15.0 cannot be opened in Pr v14.9.

Pr and Ae need to be of the same version. Pr 15.0 and Ae 18.0.1

That is correct you need to convert them back to older version first.

Thanks, converting projects to an older version worked. 

Lately there was a new update for both Pr and Ae. I updated the programs and hoped that this problem would be fixed. I updated it, so Pr to version 15.2 and Ae to version 18.2, but it still won't work. Pr still does not recognize Ae files. 

Is it a bug? Or am I doing something wrong? Do I need another version from Pr or Ae?
