dynamic links not working, premiere not rendering at all

I was hoping we could get an answer in regards to when the update for all the bugs will be, 

I have work to turn in by the end of the week, and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to do with how premeire is being buggy. 

Should I downgrade versions?
