edit after rendering and shows glitch

Hello I rendered in to out while I was working on my proect in premiere pro and I edited somthing on the timline and now that part is glitching! How can I make the edit without encountering the glitching? Is it possible to still edit on the timeline after rendering?

Control + Z to undo.

To delete the render files (Media Cache and Media Cache files):
