I made an animation in 2014 @ 550x400 (student mistake).
I edited it today, and upscaled to 1280x720 (for a project), creating a vertical 'letterbox' effect.
Can I open Premiere, select 1100x800 before importing the footage, then just use effect controls to cut and edit the clip to original shape?
