Everytime I align my music and my video together It will just move away from each other or reset back to where they were, and not align at all and I don't know how to fix it.

If you're talking about "snapping" when moving clips, two things will help.
1. Make sure the magnet icon in the timeline header is selected blue. I think you probably have this set already.
2. Zoom in a little on the timeline so that you have more freedom of moving and positioning clips over smaller time segments.
