EFFECTS ON PREMIERE PRO

Hi. I've just downloaded Premiere Pro and I have no effect at all. I wanted to use UltraKey but there is no "effects" tab. Can you help me ? Thank you

Premiere Pro doesn't run on IOS.  IOS is a mobile phone operating system.

Do you mean Monterey or Ventura?

Resetting the Workspaces has nothing to do with what operating system you use:

Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
