Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem with Premiere Pro where the preset dropdown in the Essential Sound panel is empty. I can't select any of the preset options.

Does anyone a suggestions for how I can fix this issue ? Thank you in advance for your help.

Ps : I'm french, so I don't know the panel's name in english 😅

And my apologies for my english too !

Have you selected a track type? Like Dialog, Ambient, Music, one of those options?

As you do not get other options until it knows what you're working with.
