Encore CS (Mac) - Creating Rollover Effect with Graphics

First, I cannot seem to find an Encore discussion that permits posting and for that, my apologies if I am not posting in the correct area.

I need to create a Rollover effect for Menu buttons that are grapgics, not text.  Is this eaily done in Encore CS 6?

Most fancy stuff for Encore is made in Ps or Ae.

Ann, we resolved the issue. One of my guys resolved it with some clever built-in tricks outside of Photoshop or AE.. there is some utilities within Encore for button color selections.  The tool highlights the whole button (does not exclude thext as the client wanted)... but nonetheless the client was satisfied.  My simple way of doing this with text was Action Script within Photoshop/
