end of ayah (U+06DD) not working

hey i have the latest version of adobe premiere pro
recently im making videos about quran verses
the problem is when i use the U+06DD unicode which is the end of ayah 
its only showing the numbers not the box
see the images to understand more

   this is what i see which is wrong

  and this is how it should be
