End video with content frame

When my video ends I don't want it to show a black frame. I want it t stop on a frame with some text and have that frame stay on screen permanently. Please tell me there's a way to do this.

Um ... the 'black frame' isn't really a frame, it just means you've run out of video frames. There's nothing there, hence ... black.

Um... didn't really get my question huh? Yeh so at the end of the video, I want to stop on a frame. Think of it like a thumbnail, but at the end of the video. See?
