Eport to YouTube not including filename

Hi People,

Export to YouTube working well apart from the source filename being sent to YouTube. The title is being exported. The first image below shows the filename (part redacted). This file was manually imported into YouTube. The second image shows a file uploaded today via YouTube Publish within Premiere Pro. No filename to be seen. How can we make this happen?
