equal paragraph spacing for single vs. wrapped lines that fly in - best practice?

Hi,

If I have bulleted text flying in, I need to manually set the paragraph gaps between each. I need to modify that further if some of the bulleted lines have text that wraps to two or three lines.

In Premiere, how do the experts handle this with ease and accuracy? What's the best practice?

I have found myself drawing a shape and using that as a measurement guide. Was wondering if there's a better method?
