Erro ao reproduzir som do arquivo .mov.

Estou tendo problemas ao editar arquivos .mov, pois o audio começa a dar estralinhos, e é só nesse tipo de arquivo. No mp4 por exemplo nao tem esse problema. Porem eu praticamente só edito .mov. alguem pode me ajudar?

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.

Entao já fiz isso mais mesmo assim continuou, isso acontece tanto no premiere quanto no after, porem reproduzir em outros reprodutores de video dentro do pc nao acontece nada.
