Hi all,

When you visit the following page:

"Signal To Noise" Motion Graphics Template for Video Titles

https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/discover/article/signal-to-noise-motion-graphics-template-for-video-titles

There is a "Download the "Signal To Noise" Motion Graphics Template" title in which the hyperlink DOES NOT provide a download of the Signal to Noise Motion Graphics template. Instead I get athe following error message:

Error 404: Asset not found
This asset isn’t available. Try checking the URL or visit a different page

Can someone provide guidance or provide a link to the template?

I reached out to Adobe Support via the chat window. When I FINALLY got beyond the bots I was passed on to 3 different people. The second person confirmed the issue, that there is no download available via the link on the page. However, they forwarded me to another (Billing) department which is, of course, not a technical support. It does not appear that I can submit a "tech support ticket" anymore. And I do NOT want to get back to the chat bot after spending 45 minutes trying to resolve this issue.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue or have an idea how I can reach out to Adobe to resolve this issue?

Hello @LeslieSOsborne,

Thanks for the message. I will see if I can pull that page from Adobe.com, as that asset is permanently missing. It appears to be a piece of content an expert or influencer created. I'm unsure who removed the file from there, but I can look into it if you'd like.

If I were in your situation, I'd search for a similar-looking template and use that instead. If this .mogrt is not currently on your computer, it might be difficult to track down. Sorry about that.

Screenshot 2024-09-13 at 2.25.30 PM.pngIf this is an important asset for you, you may want to reach out to the author of the .mogrt. I saw his Behance page has a way to message him. See, https://www.behance.net/steveo

If I can be of any more assistance, let me know!

Cheers,
Kevin

Hello Kevin,

Thank you VERY MUCH for the follow-up. The update on the missing .mogrt is apprecatiated. And thank you, too, for including the information about contacting Steve Odgen. Hopefully our interactions will avoid any one else's frustration. And I'll reach out to Steve Ogden. Even if the .mogrt is no longer available hopefully he'll appreciate that someone inquireed because they saw value in his work.

I hope you have had and will continue to have a good week.

~ Leslie
