Error al importar un archivo cualquiera

Ya sea video, foto o audio. Todo lo que se importa se ve frenado, más lento, como que retocede un cuadro y sigue avanzando. Al exportar no se ve el error. Pero no me deja trabajar con fluidez. Necesito ayuda, agradecería su colaboración.
