It looks like the preview codec is modifiable in your screenshot. What happens when you try to select something other than Intel IYUV?

when i change and reset after closing the window again when i check whether it is changed or not, then i see the previous one, in actual it is not changed

I would try saving the project immediately after changing the codec. If that doesn't work then close out of Pr and relaunch it from a shortcut (Desktop, Start Menu or Taskbar) while you hold down the Shift+Alt keys. When you see the Home screen, go to preferences>media cache and delete all your cache files. Then try making the change again.

Black bars top and bottom, that does not look right.
Sequence settings look unusually.
Use a local drive instead of One Drive

On a side note you also have transitions in the timeline that do not work properly (cross hairs).
