error code 205 help

Greetings. Im new to adobe and after a long battle i managed to fix creative clould. Finally i thought id be able to use premire pro only to be hit by error 205. 

How do i fix this??

Can you try logging out of your Creative Cloud account, restarting, and then logging back in?
