Sorry for the frustration. We need a few more details to help with the issue like hardware information and Premiere Pro version you are on. Please see How to Report a Problem.

What do you have in your sequence around timecode 00:10:58:10 (any effects or layers?), and is the error always around the same timecode? Have you tried rendering this section first?

Have you tried changing your export location to another local folder or drive?

I would start downloading it like this, and the error would pop up at the end.

I then thought, mayne I cant try using encoder and this would happen:

Thanks for the screenshots @excited_Coast7076. Are your drivers up to date? Have you tried exporting to a location different from OneDrive? Just so we can rule this out, if you duplicate your sequence and delete the logo .jpg file, does the export fail again? It may take longer to export but for your export settings under Video Encoding Settings, can you try to change 'Hardware Encoding' to 'Software Encoding'?
