Error compiling movie - export error - can you help?

Afternoon - I hope you're well!

Please see below error message - does anyone know what I can do to export successfully? I have tried various solutions to no avail. This error started to occur shortly after updating PP.

What is on the timeline around the timecode listed?

In case you're using some effects try placing all effects on an adjustment layer at that point in time. Please also try the following: Re: Error Compiling Movie - Render Error Code -1609629695
