error compiling movie

A low-level exception occurred writing with exporter:  H.264 Error code:  -1609629695

This was working fine until Friday afternoon, Feb 18, 2022.  I exported this same video earlier Friday morning; then, I added a tag at the end of the video. Now I have received this error every time I have tried to export this video.  Please advise.
