Hi, how’s it going? I have a task involving over 200 short files to export, and to make it manageable, I need to send all the projects at once to Media Encoder and render them there. Otherwise, doing it manually would take me forever, haha. However, I'm encountering an issue: when I try to export to Media Encoder, it gets stuck on "Preparing data for export," and I have to close the program. I need urgent help with this!
Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums! We are glad to see you here. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue. This may be similar to an OS file system issue I have seen in the past , but to be sure Please see, How do I write a bug report
Thanks for submitting your bug report. I hope we can help you soon. Sorry for the frustration!
Thanks,
Ian

I'm using a Windows 11 computer, Adobe Premiere 25, and Media Encoder 25. I have a task involving 200 videos to export, so doing it manually is not an option. I need to use Media Encoder, but every time I try to "export media" to it, the process gets stuck on the "Preparing data for export" screen, and it doesn't load. Eventually, it freezes, and I have to close the program. I'm desperate for a solution!

Did you have it open first, then export? Perhaps that would get past the issue you are having.
Shutter Encoder is free, it works really well, just drop all you clips in there and convert.
