Error has occured, EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

I have no idea what is casuing the issue, its only happening on one project and i knew it could be corrupted, I tried pasting the clips into new project and it crashes, what could I possibly do to fix it? On my original project, i cannot play at all, it will close itself instantly. And editing keyframes gives me the error has occured, exception access violation, what can I do?

If you go to the location where the original file is saved there should be a folder of auto saves. If available I'd try to find the most recent one that runs well for  you and hopefully you can continue from there.
