Every time I try and install a new motion graphic from the Premium or Free stock templates, I get an error message that says "An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock Server" It's been doing this for weeks. Any idea how I fix it?

You have tried signing in and out from your Adobe account on Creative Cloud, correct? And can you provide some screenshots of the error message?
